Thank you so much for taking the time to help tighten the screws on my bumper after the bad storm. I really appreciate your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help when I needed it. It’s reassuring to know there are people like you who go the extra mile for their customers. To Frank and everyone at Firestone, Thanks again for your excellent service and support!

The staff was incredibly helpful. I had an issue with my car and I was very stressed because I came from out of town and they immediately took my car and gave me a full complimentary inspection even when I could see they were super busy. I really appreciate their willingness to take my car in without an appointment and the prompt response. They kept me informed of what was going on with my car. This shop is amazing and I highly recommend it.

Exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable staff who made the process painless. I had a few small concerns to address which took less than three hours from booking the appointment over the phone to leaving the store. The company has a useful app which has a lot of relevant deals and they even offer price matching which saved me time and energy.

I called the same day and got an appointment immediately. Wait time was only 5 minutes. They had great customer and communication, especially since I didn’t understand the issues with my vehicle. The best part about my visit was that, he quoted a way better price on my tire sensors here than the local Buick dealer. I had my 3 kids with me so I definitely appreciated the car repairs only taking 4 hours. Excellent service all around. Thanks Firestone Brownsville!
